Prayer Times in United States

How prayer times are calculated in United States

Prayer times across the United States are calculated according to the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) parameters. This standard establishes Fajr when the sun is 15° below the eastern horizon and Isha when the sun reaches 15° below the western horizon. Asr is determined using the standard jurisprudence rule (shadow length equal to object height plus noon shadow).

The country spans several time zones, and each city page uses its own local time. We feature 91 major US cities, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Houston. Each municipal schedule relies on precise latitude and longitude data, ensuring trustworthy prayer times and Qibla alignments from coast to coast.
